1.Q:Are you factory or trading company?
A:We are factory in hardware industry with over 20 years production experience.We provide one stop solutions from mold development product design to international sales and logistics. Our main production base covers a area over 10000sqm modern building and we have our own export license.
2. Q:Can I get a sample of your products ?
A:Yes, Meilida can offer free sample and you only need to afford the proper freight cost. 
If the stock is available we can send it within 24 hours. If not, it will take around 2 to 3 
days to make a new sample. Please wait for confirmation.
3. Q:What's your MOQ? Can I order only few samples as trial order to check the quality? Is Mixed order acceptable??
A:Our order system is really flexible since we are factory and most products are with
 stock. Our MOQ is 100 pairs/pieces.You can just feel free to order in small or mixed 
order with different types,colors,size,designs, materials request, etc.
4. Q:What certificates or test report do you have?
A: Meilida is a enterprise approved and audited by ISO9001:2008, ISO14001:2004 and
 SGS company. We produce experimentally-friendly shoe accessories, and can conform to most of chemical standard, such as Reach,
 CE, etc. We have chemical test report issued by the third party for lead free, nickel free, etc.
5. Q:Can you do OEM for my own products and what is the cost?
A:Yes,please send or show the ornaments to our sales representative with your real 
sample or picture. Our R&D dept can usually develop the sample in 3 to 5 days.
Please understand we will ask around USD50 to USD200 per product for the cost of 
molding development. When the order taken, we will refund you the molding development 
charges back.
6. Q:What is your payment terms and shipping cost?
A:We accept T/T, Paypal,Western Union. For small in stock orders we do 100% in advance. 
For production orders we will do 30% deposit and 70% before delivery. The shipping cost 
would be counted based on cost for express,sea shipping,air shipping.
